Keep your Apartment clean and tidy and in good repair and condition; and

Properly maintain, repair and, where necessary replace an installation or alteration made under the by-laws or the Strata Management Statement which services your Apartment (whether or not you made the installation or alteration): and

Notify the Owners Corporation if you change the existing use of your Apartment in a way which may affect its insurance policies or premiums; and

Notify the Committee if you change the existing use of your Apartment in a way which may affect its insurance policies or premiums; and

At your expense comply with all laws about your Apartment, including requirements with Government Agencies.
