Defect inspection notice On Saturday 28 June 2019

Dear residents the following Units:
1202, 1215, 1403, 1505, 1515, 1517, 1602, 2103, 2210, 2212, 2217, 2221, 2225, 2301, 2306, 2403, 2410, 2511, 2527, and 2604.
The court appointed Referee will be conducting an inspection of aforementioned units in the strata scheme on Saturday 28 June 2019. 

She will attend with the Building Manager to look at a cross section of the defects where there is debate between the experts to allow her to form her own view on those items.
The inspection will take no longer than 15 minutes and is free of charge.
