RE: STRATA PLAN 89302 | "PARK GROVE" | 43-45 WILSON STREET, BOTANY REMINDER: ACCESS REQUIRED FOR DEFECT INSPECTION As part of the process to identify all building and structural defects to be reported and rectified within the two (2) year building warranty period, the Owners Corporation have engaged an expert Engineer to inspect all units and report on any defects within the units and common areas. The resulting actions will determine the relevant remedial works required to repair the defects in your unit. It is vital that access to your unit is made available. Should you not be available, we ask that a friend, relative or neighbour provide access to inspect the unit. If for any reason you cannot organise for the Engineer to inspect your unit, any further defect rectification will be at the cost to you the lot owner or for common property the Owners Corporation, which would ultimately impact your future strata levies. We urge that all owners / residents cooperate to make time for arrangements to allow the Engineer to perform their inspection work, they are trained engineers so can identify defects you may not see. If you have already provided access to your unit, we thank you for doing so and advise that you can disregard this notice.
