 Your Owners Corporation engaged the services of an expert engineer to ascertain the quantum of defects in the building. We would like to extend our special thanks all those residents who provided access to allow for the inspection of the appropriate defects.

Reasons for the new report

Responsive & Interactive

The new report provided a methodological and thorough inspection of numerous defects in 95% of the units. The inspector was flexible in setting times and is grateful to the response of the residents.

Clearer Reporting

The report clarifies the correct breaches of Australian and New Zealand Standards and warranties applicable under the Home Building Act and the Australian Consumer law.
An accompanying Scotts schedule is to be attached to the report.

Wider Scope

The defect report covered a wider range of building defects, including, structural, glazing, coatings, hydraulic and safety concerns. The report is much more far reaching than any other report conducted.

Court Ready

The report is qualified under the expert evidence provisions of the Supreme Court of NSW. This will allow the Courts to expedite the process of fact finding between the parties, reducing the time for settlement and additional costs.
